Children are very welcome to our salon, but we ask that they are brought in by appointment only.

Our scheduling is designed to allow correct amount of time for each service & customer.  Please help us by arriving on time.  When possible, arrive 10 minutes early & relax with a complimentary cup of herbal tea.

Please give us 24 hours notice of cancellation so that we may schedule others.  There may be a charge for missed appointments.  Deposits may be required.

If you feel you would be more comfortable or better served by a different staff member, please let us know.  We have a professional staff & are pleased to have clients work with all staff members.

We recommend you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon.

Gift certificates are available upon request for any service or dollar amount.  By phone or in person, we can mail or have delivered any gift certificate, or product gift packages.  No refunds on gift certificates or packages.

Gratuity is not included in our services.
